According to The Boston Globe, chef Chloe Coscarelli and her business partner Samantha Wasser are slated to open another by CHLOE location this summer in Boston’s ocean-side Seaport District. “We saw a real need for and love for healthy, affordable options in Boston,” Wasser said. “We wanted to bring our concept somewhere with a college atmosphere, which we feel our concept really speaks to.” The by CHLOE flagship West Village fast-casual comfort food concept is located blocks away from New York University, where daily lines out the door are indicative of the eatery’s success. Another indicator: just this month, Coscarelli and Wasser have also announced plans to open a bakery in New York, and another restaurant in Los Angeles in partnership with Whole Foods Market, in addition to another two other New York locations planned for opening this year.
