Califia Farms Expands Plant-Based Milk to Canada

California-based vegan company Califia Farms began selling its plant-based milk products in Whole Foods Markets and Thirfty Foods stores across Canada last week. “We’ve heard our northern neighbors loud and clear,” Califia Farms CEO Greg Steltenpohl said. “Phone calls, emails, and social media requests have come in by the thousands from Canadian consumers wanting to have Califia products readily available to them.” The company’s dairy-free products—including Barista Blend Almondmilk and Cold Brew Coffee—will also expand to the United Kingdom this May. The plant-based milk industry is booming, as evidenced by the rapid expansion of brands such as Califia Farms to countries around the world.
