Game of Thrones Star Sets Sights on Building International Vegan Economy

Vegan actor Jerome Flynn—who portrayed Bronn on HBO series Game of Thrones—joined the advisory board of vegan company VeganNation. The company launched in 2018 with the mission of uniting vegans worldwide through its VeganCoin—a traceable cryptocurrency that can be used for vegan-certified goods and services available on its platform. “Vegan Nation is the basis of an international vegan economy that makes vegan lives simpler, more economical, and better for the earth and the soul of each of us,” Flynn said. “VeganCoin will allow many more to become vegans and thereby contribute to the reduction of our ecological footprint.” VeganCoin first became available in presale at the end of April with the goal of supporting vegan businesses and creating a cruelty-free economy. “With over 300 million vegans around the world, it’s surprising that such an enormous population still lacks access to a single ecosystem that assists vegans in living and enjoying a truly plant-based and environmentally conscious lifestyle,” VeganNation CEO Isaac Thomas said. “This is why it is so important to get the support from vegan celebrities that are trusted by the vegan community, like Jerome Flynn, who are committed to a vision of society they wish to live in and give to future generations to come.”
