Vegan protein cookie brand Lenny & Larry’s recently launched a new seasonal collection of its popular The Complete Cookie. The limited-edition collection features three flavors: Gingerbread, Peppermint Chocolate, and Pumpkin Spice. Lenny & Larry’s Complete Cookie contains 16 grams of plant-based protein and 10 grams of fiber in a 4-ounce cookie, made with wheat flour and a protein blend that includes vital wheat gluten and pea and rice protein. The holiday collection can be found at select retailers such as Whole Foods Market, Kroger, Publix, and HEB. Special holiday-themed boxes of 13 cookies can be found on Amazon and the Lenny & Larry’s website.
Earlier this year, Lenny & Larry’s partnered with United Parcel Service (UPS) to offer a “Donate to Drivers” program, which donates cookies as a symbol of gratitude to UPS drivers, who have been working harder than ever during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
