One famous fan of the vegan-friendly Thin Mint is Meghan Markle. Yes, she may be a member of the British royal family, but the duchess isn’t above enjoying a Girl Scout cookie every now and again. It makes sense, considering she was a Girl Scout herself.
While attending a screening of Cookie Queens, a documentary centered on Girl Scout cookie season, at the Sundance Film Festival, Markle told a red-carpet interviewer that her favorite flavor was Thin Mints because “it’s such a classic.”
According to the duchess, she likes to keep hers in the freezer. “I don’t know if you’re supposed to, but it’s certainly a nice plus!” she said.
Freezing Thin Mints is actually a popular storage method. Some fans say the cold temperatures bring out more of the minty flavor, while others love the extra crunch.

If you want to try frozen Thin Mints yourself, you have a few options. The most straightforward option is to purchase a box from your local Girl Scout then simply pop your cookies in the freezer for a few hours before eating.
