Miyoko’s Kitchen Debuts Three Vegan Pub Cheeses
The artisanal vegan cheese brand is stepping into the new year with new packaging and a line of new flavors.

California-based vegan company MIyoko’s Kitchen will debut three new “pub cheese” flavors (in redesigned packaging) early this year. All new organic cashew-based cheddar cheese flavors include Biergarten Garlic Chive, The Cheers to Cheddah (a zestier cheese flavor), and Spicy Revolution (which features organic chilis). The company recommends using the pub cheeses as dips for warm pretzels and as spreads for sandwiches. While none of the new pub cheeses contain actual alcohol, the company said they would “pair nicely” with beer. The company will also launch three Philadelphia-style cream cheese flavors, including Plainly Classic, Un-Lox Your Dreams (a smoky flavor reminiscent of traditional “lox”), and Sensational Scallion (which is studded with green onions). Miyoko’s Kitchen began production at a larger facility last month and is in the process of restocking shelves with its newly branded products at its distributions points, including Whole Foods Markets.
