Modern Love Restaurant to Open Brooklyn Location

Beloved cookbook author Isa Chandra Moskowitz nearly broke the vegan internet yesterday when she announced via social media that her popular Omaha, NE, restaurant Modern Love would be expanding to Brooklyn next year. Slated for a January opening, the new location is a collaboration with MooShoes NYC and will feature the same concept as the existing eatery but with a Brooklyn twist. The Modern Love Brooklyn Twitter account describes the restaurant as, “swanky vegan comfort food for Brooklyn, by Brooklyn.” If the dishes are anything like the Mac & Shews, Kale Caesar, and Blackberry Bourbon Pie offered in Omaha, we’ll definitely be headed to NYC soon.
