Vegan Blood Orange-Ginseng Margarita

The earthiness of the blood orange and ginseng combine perfectly with the freshness of the lime, making it a perfect cocktail.

What you need:

2 ounces tequila or mezcal
½ ounce dry curaçao liqueur
¾ ounce lime juice
1 ounce blood orange juice
¼ agave simple syrup
2 droppers full of ginseng tincture
Lime wedge, for garnish

What you do:

  1. Into a shaker, add ingredients with a scoop of ice and shake.
  2. Rim a rocks glass with pink salt. Strain over fresh ice in glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
