Vegan Superfood Popsicles

Whether we are parents, workaholics, or fitness freaks, many of us have one thing in common: the desire to feed our families (and ourselves) healthy food. This is where raw vegan recipes come in handy because one of the perks of being a raw vegan is that even desserts are healthy! With this in mind, our superfood popsicle—made with coconut milk, spirulina, moringa powder, coconut nectar, and bananas—will satisfy your sweet tooth without actually ruining your teeth. If that’s not a reason to celebrate, what is?

What you need:
2 cups coconut milk
1 teaspoon spirulina
1 teaspoon moringa powder
2 tablespoons coconut nectar
3 frozen bananas
1 teaspoon sea salt
¾ cup coconut chips (optional)
What you do:
1. Into a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add coconut chips into the mixture.
2. Into your favorite popsicle molds, evenly distribute the mixture and place in the freezer. Serve when frozen.
