So Delicious Debuts Oat Milk Ice Cream Line 

A new oat milk-based line of vegan ice cream by So Delicious is currently available at select retailers with a nationwide rollout planned for the coming months. The line features three flavors: Peanut Butter and Raspberry made with black raspberries and whole peanuts, Oatmeal Cookie made with oatmeal raisin cookie chunks and molasses, and Caramel Apple Crumble made with fresh apples and brown sugar. All of the flavors are gluten-free and non-GMO. In recent months, oat-based products have become a trend in the food industry with Silk launching a line of oat milks at Walmart, IKEA debuting oat-based smoothies, and Nancy’s yogurt releasing a new line of oat milk yogurts.
