Target Unveils 7 New Vegan Ice Creams

This week, Target debuted a new line of non-dairy ice cream nationwide through its in-house brand Archer Farms in seven vegan flavors: Vanilla Cake & Cookie Dough, Mocha Almond Fudge, Strawberry & Fudge, Cashew Caramel, Vanilla Bean, Caramel Fudge Brownie, and Peanut Butter & Chocolate. The new vegan, almond milk-based ice cream flavors—available in 16-ounce containers retailing for $3.59 each—are loaded with plant-based add-ins such as cookie dough chunks, cake pieces, fudge swirls, and peanut butter truffles. The popular retailer has recently expanded its vegan offerings to include an avocado ice cream line and Ripple’s line of pea-based protein.
