The unidentified person posted on Facebook that he or she likes to “switch the cardboard sleeves” on vegetarian and meat lasagne meals in Tesco “just for fun,” and included a photo of the two packaged lasagnes side by side. The post has gone viral and sparked outrage, with many pointing out the dangerous consequences of the act. “Please don’t do this,” one commenter said in a Facebook group. “Some people have medical reasons for eating a vegetarian diet, including allergies and the inability to process meat.
