UK Starbucks Run Out of Vegan Pumpkin Spice Lattes

Starbucks locations across the United Kingdom have run out of Pumpkin Spice Lattes (PSL). While smaller stores still have the capacity to make the drinks, larger locations have depleted their stocks of Vegan Pumpkin Sauce with Spice Flavorings—which it reformulated this year without dairy. In August, Starbucks debuted the vegan PSL option to locations in the UK, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, and Austria, and employees in the UK revealed that the seasonal treat will not be back in stock until next year. “What can we say, we’ve been overwhelmed by the popularity of our new vegan-friendly recipe in this years’ Pumpkin Spice Latte,” a Starbucks spokesperson told Huffington Post UK. “PSL fans couldn’t drink them fast enough, causing it to sell out early in some stores.”
