On September 1, Pearl Bar in Houston, TX will be transformed into a vegan pop-up inspired by animated series Bob’s Burgers. Created by chef Dylan Carnes—who operates vegan pop-up Sinfull Kitchen—the event will feature rotating vegan burgers that take inspiration from Bob’s Burgers’ restaurant menu board, the first of which is the “Baby You Can Chive My Car.” The $12 burger is made with a Beyond Meat patty that is “infused” with vegan mozzarella cheese, topped with diced chives, vegan sour cream, mustard spread, and comes with air-fried fries and four wheels of fried pickles, “because it’s a car,” the menu states.

Guests who dress as their favorite Bob’s Burger character will receive a free side with their burger. Pearl Bar will play Bob’s Burgers on every screen for the pop-up which will return on September 29 and October 27 (and every last Sunday of the month after those dates) with new Bob’s Burgers-inspired creations.
