Vegan Cookies Hit Hotel Check-In Counter at DoubleTree

Vegan chocolate chip cookies will now be available at the check-in counter at select DoubleTree hotel locations nationwide. DoubleTree is owned by hotel giant Hilton Hotels, which follows a welcome policy of providing guests with warm chocolate chip cookies when they check-in. The crunchy Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies—made by nut- and gluten-free vegan brand Homefree—were selected by the hotel group for their appeal to people with allergies and animal-free dietary concerns. “My whole family can now enjoy a DoubleTree welcome treat!” Homefree founder Jill Robbins said. “I feel truly appreciative to DoubleTree and the Hilton for making this a reality.”
