7. Krimsey’s Cajun Kitchen, North Hollywood, CA

While this spot is a bit out of the way for many Angelinos, the bounty is worth the drive.

This year, we’re not waiting until Christmas—we’re serving vegan tamales for Thanksgiving. While this celebrity-backed restaurant offers a traditional Thanksgiving package, the Mexcian Thanksgiving spread has us salivating. Add on pumpkin spiced conchas to complete the feast.
10. Cafe Gratitude, multiple locations, CA
If you firmly believe sides are the star of the meal, opt for the Sides and Pies offering from this affirmation-based restaurant group. Options include Maple Miso Brussels Sprouts, mashed potatoes with shiitake gravy, Autumn Salad, and Lentil and Butternut Squash Loaves (which are hearty enough to be served as a main). The Thanksgiving catering menu features elevated versions of holiday classics such as Stuffed Portobellos, Spinach-Vegetable Ravioli, Porcini-Crusted Tempeh, Rosemary-Walnut Crusted Seitan, Maple-Roasted Sweet Potatoes with candied ginger, sweet potato pie, pumpkin bundt cake with a lavender glaze, and more. Order enough for leftovers to savor the final days of this iconic establishment.
18. Pingala Cafe, Burlington, VT
Those who reside near Ben & Jerry’s HQ can rely on this quaint vegan restaurant for all of their Thanksgiving staples. Customers can order a la carte or opt for the Whole Sha-Bang. The eight-course meal feeds four to five people and includes everything from Knead Bakery bread to the mandatory vegetable sides to cider-brined and herb-crusted tofu, plus a slightly unorthodox chocolate strawberry trifle for dessert.

Surround this stunning apple-and-sausage-stuffed centerpiece with a bready sausage stuffing and finish the meal with a cheesecake or apple pie. For individual meals, the menu offers a small shepard’s pie and vegan chicken pot pie. Those who live outside of the San Francisco area can order this feast online for nationwide shipping.
