What you need:
1 cup oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¾ cup coconut yogurt, divided
1¼ cups vegan milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped strawberries, plus extra for serving
What you do:
- In a Mason jar, stir oats, chia seeds, and ½ cup of coconut yogurt. Add milk and vanilla and gently stir in strawberries.
- Cover and leave overnight in refrigerator. Drizzle remaining coconut yogurt on top and garnish with more strawberries.
