Creamy Vegan Cashew Dip

This dip is slightly sweet and great for kids to eat with fruit and vegetables. But don’t think it’s just children’s fare—adults love it as well.

What you need:

  • 1⁄2 cup cashew butter 
  • 2⁄3 cup vanilla soy yogurt 
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar 
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon sea salt 
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon

What you do:

  1. Add all ingredients to a mini food processor and purée until smooth. Ingredients can also be whisked by hand in a medium bowl.
  2. Serve with fresh fruit, mini bagels, or rice crackers.
