These healthy, homemade popsicles taste just like orange creamsicles.

What you need:

16 ounces plain or vanilla soy yogurt
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup agave nectar or brown rice syrup
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

What you do:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into 8 popsicle molds and insert sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 8 hours or overnight.

EDITORS’ TIP: Try other citrus fruit such as lemons, limes, blood oranges, or grapefruit.
