Global public relations firm Ripley PR announced this week the launch of Orange Orchard, a branch of its firm solely dedicated to promoting plant-based companies. “We want to help all businesses and nonprofits that are trying to make the planet a better place,” CEO Heather Ripley said. “Globally, we are seeing a shift toward being better stewards of our planet: Restaurants and major franchise brands are adding plant-based options to their menus, international companies are eliminating plastic waste in their packaging, and we’re seeing cruelty-free movements in clothing and fashion.” Orange Orchard plans to work with vegan businesses, ethical brands, and animal-rights organizations to help bring their cruelty-free messages to the mainstream audience. “Consumers are taking notice,” Ripley said. “We believe this is just the beginning, and we’re committed to not only our involvement in this world as a company, but in partnering with companies who share the same vision for our future.”
