Smooth, cool, refreshing, and packed full of antioxidants and nutrients, this easy smoothie is a great way to start your day and keep the summer vibes going all year long.

What you need:

½ avocado
Juice of 1 lime
3 dates
1 cup coconut water
6 ice cubes

 

What you do:

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
