HSUS Campaigns for the Fill the Bowl Project

The Fill the Bowl Project, a new campaign by The Humane Society of the United States’ Animal Protection Ministries program, asks people to donate pet food to companion animals in need. The program encourages churchgoers to not only donate to food banks and pantries, but also add dog, cat, and other animal food when making their donations. Free Fill the Bowl Project kits are available to interested parties to promote the animal-welfare organization’s initiative. The packages include a poster, postcards, and bin stickers. The Fill the Bowl Project comes to the aid of all of the animals that are given up because their owners are unable to feed them.
