Isa Chandra Moskowitz Opens Vegan Restaurant

Best-selling vegan cookbook author, Isa Chandra Moskowitz, is going from writer to restaurateur with the opening of her new restaurant, Modern Love, in Omaha, NE. The eatery opens its doors August 5 and will be serving up “swanky vegan comfort food” with dishes like Jalapeno Corn Fritters, Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms, Watermelon Beet Salad, Polenta Romesco, and Cherry Pie. Open for dinner only with brunch planned in the future, the restaurant is already taking reservations for the highly anticipated opening. Moskowitz is the author of several popular vegan cookbooks including Isa Does It, Vegan Brunch, and Appetite for Reduction.
