Sia Shares Vegan Pie with Scooby-Doo and Shaggy 

This week, vegan musician Sia guest stars in an episode of animated series Scooby-Doo and Guess Who?—a 2019 adaptation of the 1970’s cartoon series Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! that features weekly celebrity guests. The episode teaser—shared by media outlet CBR.com prior to the episode airing tomorrow—shows Sia treating main characters Scooby-Doo and Shaggy to sub sandwiches. “Who wants to be on a stakeout when we can be hanging with Sia,” Shaggy says. “And be vegans,” Scooby adds before Shaggy chimes in with, “Whatever that means.” Shaggy and Scooby proceed to eat the vegan sandwiches in one gulp. “Delicious!” Scooby exclaims. Sia then takes the crime-solving duo to her party room where she unveils a vegan pie maker and cotton candy machine. The episode then takes a wacky turn when Sia explains that she eats pie by having it thrown in her face by the machine. The three characters proceed to launch pies in their faces and then mount barstools that dip their faces forward into the vegan pies and tilt them backward to drink cotton candy from milkshake glasses. Sia is known for her vegan activism and has previously appeared in animal-rights documentary Dominion, asked musician Kanye West to remove fur from his clothing line, and donated $100,000 to animal-loving Survivor contestant Tai Trang after he adopted Mark the chicken on the show, saving him from being eaten by other contestants.
