Vegan brand Sweet Loren’s cookie dough is available at select Target locations until January 20. The vegan cookie dough is featured on separate “end cap” shelves at more than 700 Target locations as part of the store’s “2019 Kick Off of Better For You” promotion. “I am inspired by our fans every single day,” Sweet Loren’s founder Loren Brill told VegNews. “It never gets old to hear from someone that they have been able to enjoy an incredibly delicious, freshly baked cookie for the first time because Sweet Loren’s provides cookies that are safe to eat.” The gluten-free, “place and bake” vegan cookie dough is available in four flavors: Chocolate Chunk, Oatmeal Cranberry, Sugar Cookie, and Fudgy Brownie.
