This week, Kentucky-based restaurant GirlsGirlsGirls opened an interesting second location behind the University of Kentucky Fine Arts building. The newly opened SquirrelsSquirrelsSquirrels Burritos restaurant is fully vegan and caters exclusively to the area’s “underserved squirrel population.”

The eatery is a replica of GirlsGirlsGirls’ Lexington, KY restaurant and features a large patio space (complete with tiny picnic tables) to accommodate furry customers. The menu is comprised of three options: The Trashsquirrel Burrito (organic peanut puree with sunflower and pumpkin seed granola); Vegan Tacos Bellota (toasted acorn and almond butter); and C.B.D. Bandito Quesadilla (a cannabis-free blend of cashew butter and dried dates). The restaurant hosted its ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier this week, inviting patrons to “hang out while we fatten up some fluffy tree rats for the winter.” For its human customers, GirlsGirlsGirls recently launched a fully vegan menu that features two burritos and three bowls—which, presumably, could be shared with squirrel friends.
