Restaurant review platform Yelp recently released its list of the highest-rated vegan (and vegan-friendly) restaurants across the country. To create the list, Yelp identified businesses in the vegan category with a large concentration of reviews mentioning “vegan” and then ranked those eateries using a number of factors, including the total volume and ratings of reviews mentioning “vegan.” Although some of the restaurants on this list may not be 100-percent vegan, Yelp says they have been identified as the top-reviewed vegan option in that state.
