Vegan Fudge Popsicles

These rich, chocolaty treats are made with bananas, soymilk, and cocoa powder.

What you need:

3 cups bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
2/3 cup vegan milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons brown rice syrup or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla

What you do:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into 8 molds and insert sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 8 hours or overnight.
3. To remove your ice pops from their molds, leave them at room temperature for several minutes or dip molds quickly into hot water. Serve immediately.

Chef’s Tip:

Add a little mint extract, orange zest, chili powder, or nut butter for a twist.
