International pizza chain Papa John’s recently added Ben & Jerry’s ice cream as a dessert option on its menu across the United Kingdom. Customers can now order approximately a pint (500 milliliters) of the brand’s almond milk-based ice cream in Coconutterly Caramel’d—a flavor Ben & Jerry’s launched in the UK in December 2018. The new dessert option joins a growing vegan menu at Papa John’s UK which started with the addition of vegan cheese—made by Scottish brand Bute Island Foods—in January. Since then, the pizza chain has launched a vegan version of its Marmite and Cheese Scrolls, cheesy-loaded potato wedges, and four vegan pizzas: Vegan Sheese and Tomato, Garden Party with Sheese, Hot Pepper Passion with Vegan Sheese, and American-inspired Vegan Hot Dog.
