Vegetarian brand Amy’s Kitchen recently launched vegan versions of its most popular frozen meals at Sprouts Farmers Market and natural grocery retailers. The new vegan line—which the brand developed to meet customer requests—features four meals: Vegan Mexican Casserole with Cheeze, Vegan Chili Mac & Cheeze, Vegan Broccoli & Cheeze Bake, and Vegan Tortilla Casserole with Cheeze. In addition to the meals, Amy’s now offers several new plant-based pizza options, including Vegan Supreme, Vegan Pesto & Roasted Artichoke, and Gluten-Free Vegan Meatless Pepperoni. In 2015, the family behind Amy’s Kitchen opened fast-food restaurant Amy’s Drive Thru in Rohnert Park, CA which it has since expanded to include an outpost inside San Francisco International Airport with California locations in Walnut Creek and Corte Madera in the works.
