From November 1 to November 30, Ben & Jerry’s is offering a limited-edition vegan menu it created in collaboration with vegan media brand BOSH! in celebration of World Vegan Month. Customers who visit participating scoop shops in London, Berlin, and Rotterdam can order an Im-BOSH-ible Ice Cream Burger which features a vegan brioche roll stuffed with their choice of a non-dairy Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor, Speculoos cookie butter, salted caramel sauce, and vegan whipped cream. The menu also features a Campfire Hot Chocolate (a melted scoop of Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream blended with almond milk, spiced with cinnamon, and topped with vegan marshmallows, caramel popcorn, and whipped cream); and Toffee Apple Crunch Sundae (two scoops of Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Cookie Dough Ice cream topped with pecan granola, apple compote, caramel sauce, dried apple crisps, and caramel popcorn). In 2016, Ben & Jerry’s debuted its first four flavors of almond milk-based ice cream in the United States and has since expanded its vegan flavors to include 12 pints. On Friday, US-based Ben & Jerry’s scoop shops celebrated World Vegan Day by giving away free vegan scoops during its first annual World Vegan Day Happy Hour.
