Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and coffee shops are releasing their festive menus. That means it’s time to get the holiday buzz on.

If you’re craving a seasonal beverage, you can always stop by Starbucks for one of its holiday offerings (find our guide to the coffee giant’s 2025 menu here), but Peet’s Coffee is another great option.

The coffee chain’s holiday lineup has dropped, and it includes three vegan-friendly drinks, along with a brand-new 12 Days of Peet’s Advent Calendar. The calendar, filled with 12 ground coffee varieties, is suitable for vegans. Peet’s has also released its 2025 Holiday Blend dark roast, featuring a combination of Ethiopian, Guatemalan, and Sumatran coffee beans.

“This season, Peet’s aims to be a part of key moments in familiar and new ways that bring people together—from that fresh pot of coffee in the morning with family home for the holidays, to the festive flavors available at our coffee bars on the go with friends, as well as unique gifting that celebrates good taste,” said Katie Keil, Peet’s Chief Marketing Officer.

“Through our annual blend, holiday menu, and first-ever 12 Days of Coffee Advent Calendar, Peet’s offers the simple joy and excitement that great coffee helps create all year long,” she continued.

What’s vegan on Peet’s holiday menu?

Peet’s holiday menu includes three new drinks, and two of them can be made vegan.

The first is the Pistachio Cold Brew Oat Latte, which combines cold brew, pistachio syrup, creamy oat milk, and a salted caramel crunch topping. A spokesperson for the chain confirmed to VegNews that to make it fully vegan, all you need to do is ask your barista to leave off the salted caramel crunch.

The second vegan-friendly festive option is the Holiday Spice Latte, made with Espresso Forte and spices like cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg, plus salted caramel crunch. To make it vegan, simply omit the salted caramel topping and request dairy-free milk. The good news: as of June 2025, Peet’s no longer charges extra for alternative milk options, which include oat, almond, and soy.

Peet’s is also bringing back one of its fan favorites, the Peppermint Mocha. With a few simple customizations, this can be made vegan too—just ask for no whipped cream and choose dairy-free milk.

The only new drink that can’t be made vegan is the Dubai Style Chocolate Matcha.

Craving something to eat alongside your festive drink? Peet’s also offers an Everything Plant-Based Sandwich, made with Beyond Breakfast Sausage, Just Egg, and vegan cheese. Find out more about Peet’s year-round vegan offerings here.
