It’s official: the Kansas City Chiefs will return to the Super Bowl this year. And this means that Taylor Swift fans all over the world will likely be rooting for the singer’s new boyfriend, Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce, to win the biggest game of the NFL for the third time.
We don’t know yet if Swift herself will attend the Super Bowl on February 11. But at past games, stadiums like the Highmark Stadium in Buffalo have celebrated the singer by preparing a few Taylor-inspired dishes (one of which was the “Karma” Quesadilla) for fans.
This got us thinking, if we were hosting a Super Bowl party for the biggest popstar on the planet, what would we make? The answer: lots and lots of delicious, totally vegan food. Check out our fictional menu below, and feel free to use it as inspiration for your own Swiftie Super Bowl party.
13 dishes we’d serve Taylor Swift at our Super Bowl party
1 Vegan French Crêpes
“I love making buckwheat crêpes with ham, parmesan cheese, and a fried egg on top. It’s my go-to breakfast,” Swift told Bon Appétit in 2012. So, because the singer clearly enjoys crêpes, at our fictional Super Bowl party, we’d make sure to have a crêpe station, filled with vegan French crêpes like the ones in the recipe below. Savory topping options would include vegan parmesan, scrambled tofu eggs, and vegan ham, of course.

2 Vegan Wedge Salad With Smoky Coconut Bacon
Swift told WebMD back in 2010 that she regularly enjoys a healthy salad. We’d make sure to have plenty of salad options on offer at our party, but we think Swift would particularly enjoy this vegan wedge salad with plenty of smoky coconut bacon and hemp ranch (we already know she “seemingly” loves ranch, of course!).

3 Beefy Vegan Beet Burger
From what we can gather, Swift is all about balance when it comes to food. She loves her greens, but she also enjoys chowing down on a juicy burger. We’d love to show the singer that you can get the same meaty burger goodness without the beef by introducing her to this delicious vegan beet burger recipe.

4 Vegan Nashville-Style Hot Tofu Chicken
Chicken tenders are a Swift favorite, and so is Nashville, TN. So we think the singer would adore these hot tofu chicken tenders, which are best served with pickles and fresh chopped salad.

5 Rich Vegan Tahini Coffee Shake With Dark Chocolate
When asked by Vogue about her go-to fast-food order in 2016, Swift responded by saying that she loves a burger, fries, and a chocolate shake. At our party, we’d make sure to serve these vegan dark chocolate and coffee tahini shakes—they’re just as rich, creamy, and delicious as any shake filled with dairy.

6 Vegan Garlicky Chickpea Avocado Hummus Dip
Multiple reports suggest that, like many of us, Swift just can’t get enough of hummus. So we have no doubt that she’d love this creamy, light, vegan hummus dip, which is a delicious mix of guacamole and chickpeas.

7 Vegan Eggplant Meatballs in Homemade Marinara
Swift is, of course, a multi-talented singer, songwriter, and performer, but did you know she can cook, too? The star reportedly loves to make spaghetti and meatballs, so we bet she’d devour this nourishing eggplant version of the classic.

9 Supreme Vegan Nacho Fries With Tofu Bacon Crumbles
We know Swift loves fries. In fact, she loves them so much that she even dressed as them once in her video for the song “Calm Down.” This delicious vegan recipe takes the classic comfort food to the next level, by loading them up with vegan bacon, nacho cheese sauce, and sour cream.

10 Smoky Grilled Eggplant Vegan Hot Dogs
On the album “Evermore,” Swift has a whole song dedicated to Coney Island. So it seems fitting that some of the iconic food from the iconic peninsular neighborhood makes it onto our party menu. And what says “Coney Island” more than a hot dog?

11 Quick Vegan Cheese Pizza Cups
In May 2023, during an Eras tour stop in Philadelphia, Swift and her team ordered 75 pizzas, so it’s a fair assumption that the singer enjoys the classic fast-food dish (who doesn’t?!). So we think these crunchy, thin-crust mini bites of cheese pizza would be the perfect party food.

12 Philly ‘Cheesesteak’ Wrap
As well as pizzas, the singer and her team also added Philly cheesesteaks to the order. These vegan cheesesteak wraps, made with portabello mushrooms, are the perfect twist on the classic from Pennsylvania (where Swift is also from!).

13 Spiced Belgian Waffles With Blood Orange Sauce
Highmark Stadium also celebrated the Kansas City Chiefs at last Sunday’s game with “Bad Blood” Waffles. So, taking inspiration from that idea, we think these spiced Belgian waffles with blood orange sauce would be the perfect party dessert for a Swiftie Super Bowl party.
